Established in 2021, Enaaly brings together over 20 years of combined experience supporting people with disability and their communities.
We are committed to delivering sustainable, person-centred services that are tailored to the unique needs of individuals and their families. Guided by our core values of compassion, respect, consistency, and efficiency, Enaaly works to create meaningful outcomes and long-term support that empowers people to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives.

Our purpose is to promote ethical, respectful and safe service delivery which meets legislative requirements and achieves positive outcomes for people with disability.

Our Team

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Maywand Hanifi
Maywand is the co-founder and Director at Enaaly. He comes with a wealth of experience from working in some of the largest disability organisations in NSW. He also has extensive experience in the criminal justice field helping many young people who have a dual diagnosis lead normal lives after incarceration. He has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors in Organisational Leadership. He has also completed his Masters in Organisational Leadership. He is passionate about employee engagement and how leaders can better lead teams from the standard hierarchical system.
Maywand is also the recipient of multiple awards showcasing his immense ability in various fields.

Co-founder & HR Director
Ghazal Hanifi
Ghazal is the Co-Founder and Director of Enaaly, where she plays a multifaceted leadership role across the organisation. As the HR Director, she brings extensive experience in human resources, holding a Bachelor of Arts with a major in HR. Ghazal is deeply committed to ensuring staff needs are met through effective conflict management, professional development, and ongoing upskilling. She is also dedicated to building efficient and robust HR systems and processes that support high-quality service delivery. Ghazal’s passion lies in enhancing staff experiences by fostering a culture of growth, training, and workforce confidence.

Chief Executive
Nasreen Hanifi
Nasreen Hanifi is the Chief Executive of Enaaly, a values-driven organisation delivering compassionate, respectful, and consistent support services across the disability and aged care sectors. With a background as a registered psychologist and a strong foundation in research, leadership, and advocacy, Nasreen brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and strategic vision to her role.
With over 15-years of experience in mental health, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practice, Nasreen is known for her dedication to elevating service standards through empathy, ethical frameworks, and human-centred design. Her PhD research focuses on challenging life events and compassion, with an emphasis on spiritual resilience and identity.
As a sought-after speaker, trainer, and mentor, Nasreen champions professional development and sector-wide transformation. Her work is grounded in the belief that compassion is the foundation of meaningful change—within individuals, services, and society.

Service Manager
Troy Carabott
Troy is our Service Manager managing all our supported accommodation and drop-in-support services. He comes with a wealth of experience in the disability sector having worked for various organisations before moving to Enaaly. Troy has a strong passion in ensuring he provides exceptional support to all his team members and aims to create a service second to none for all our clients and their families. His team-work capability has enabled him to look after his staff which has reflected in the quality of life and support that client’s are currently receiving.

Compliance Officer
Belinda Hamburger
Belinda is currently the Compliance Officer at Enaaly. She has worked for the last 30-years in the disability sector working closely with clients and their families. Her previous roles have been in both management as well as support coordination for various disability services. She is trained in sign language and use this skill to help clients who belong to the deaf community. She has a strong passion in making sure clients reach their goals and take action in ensuring they achieve them. Currently, she is working in making sure the compliance aspect of Enaaly is being maintained and meet NDIS legislative requirements.

All plans are created and approved by NDIS.
Yes, our service caters for all our clients and their families and we highly encourage families to be a part of their planning and reviewing process. We believe that that families deserve to continue to be a part of their loved one’s journey.
Yes, our service prides itself on ensuring that all our clients and their families receive the best care possible and their needs are being met. If a client or family member has an issue with a particular process or staff member then they can contact our HR department for further information. We want all our clients to feel comfortable when accessing our service and will strive to accommodate for their particular needs.
