Our CHSP program provides a wide range of flexible support services to seniors across Inner West (Balmain, Bankstown, Rhodes, Concord, Homebush, Burwood, etc) and Nepean suburbs (Nepean, Emu Plains, Bligh Park, Richmond, South Windsor, etc).
Our transport services are tailored to help seniors remain independent and active within their communities. What does it cost?
If you are eligible for CHSP services such as transport, you will need to make a small contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsides our Commonwealth Home Support Program, ensuring your fees remain affordable. You will contribute $12 per hour for transport services. The cost of transport services under the CHSP funding arrangement is only one way. There are no exit fees or hidden charges under the CHSP program.

Who can use our services?
- Our transport services are available to anyone, however under the CHSP funding
arrangement, our transport service is subsidised for My Aged Care (65 years and
above) participants. In order to access our transport service participants will
need to be eligible for CHSP funding and will need to pay a difference in
service delivery.
- Our transport vans are wheelchair-accessible and having specialised equipment for
those with mobility issues. Our transportation services are designed to make is
accessible, convenient, and easier for participants to connect and engage with
your community.
